Who we are… We’re a Toronto based solar sales company building out a tech solution that will automatically show homeowners what their financial returns would be from solar. We’ve been helping homeowners go solar for nearly 2 years now and are looking for a rockstar Residential Solar Customer Success Specialist that will help us turn interested homeowners into customers.
Who you are… You are a recent university or college graduate with a track record of strong customer relationship skills looking to launch their career in a customer oriented role with the opportunity to grow
You have confident and strong communication skills over the phone and computer and know how to communicate business offerings in an efficient way
You are organized, a quick learner, ambitious and computer savvy
You want to join a quickly growing startup located in a great downtown location that will give you an opportunity to jump start your career and grow quickly
You get excited at the opportunity to earn a base salary and strong commissions
You have a track record of excellent client service and relationship skills
What you’d be doing…
Your day-in-the-life of a Residential Solar Customer Success Specialist would look something like this:
Using a variety of sales techniques to introduce inbound clients with renewable energy and communicate the benefits of solar in a value add way
Explaining product offering and local incentives to homeowners and booking presentations for Senior Solar Advisors
Overseeing and inputting solar design requests for homeowners that qualify for solar
Developing relationships with new and existing clients to drive referrals
What you’d be making… We want to make sure you’re taken care of and of course give you a reason to push a little harder. We’ll be compensating the right team member with a base salary plus commision.
